£100k-a-week Chelsea player will now be fit to start next PL game against Arsenal

REPORT: The £100k-a-week Chelsea player will now be fit to start next PL game against Arsenal.

Reports have claimed that Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk will now be fit to start the next Premier League game.

According to Football London, the Ukraine international will be ready to face Arsenal after an injury concern saw him benched against Burnley last weekend.

Mudryk has been slowly establishing himself as a difficult member of the Chelsea side to drop as his performances have begun to improve at last.

The player who has often looked so short of confidence, the relief could be seen lift off his shoulders when he finally found the net for the first time in Blue.

He latched on to a Levi Colwill pass to fire Chelsea into the lead, on their way to just their second Premier League win of the season.

However, he was replaced at half-time of that game due to an injury, although it was claimed just after the game that there were hopes he would not be out for a prolonged period of time.

With just one game left until the international break, Mauricio Pochettino elected not to start Mudryk for the trip to Turf Moor and face Burnley.

It seems his presence wasn’t actually needed, as Chelsea came from behind to beat their opponents 4-1.

However, it has now been reported that Pochettino will have the Ukraine international will be available to start their next game against Arsenal.

The title-challenging Gunners are going to provide the biggest test to the new Chelsea team that they have had, and they will really need their best players available.

Based on performances this season, it would be difficult to argue that this does not include Mudryk.
